Program: 6Days-5Nights: Explore Chiang Mai & Chiang Rai

Day 1: Chiang Mai – Arrival by (-) Flight TBA @ xx:xxHr

Guide: Language & Van/ Transport: On Private Basis

Arrival – Upon arrival at the airport, please proceed to the advised meeting point where our Guide &/or Airport Representative will welcome you will be transfer to the hotel.

Check in at the hotel and free time for your relaxation.

Day 2: Half Day/ Morning: Elephant Camp Visit & Afternoon: Chiang Mai Temples Tour (Meals)

Pick-up at 06:00-06:30Hr from Hotel Lobby, depending upon th hotel location

Guide: Language & Van/ Transport: On Private Basis/ On Join Basis by Elephant Camp

06:00-06:30: Pick up from your hotel or accommodation
 

Drive approximately 1.5 Hours South of Chiang Mai through rolling hills, forest, and local farming areas.
 

08:00Hr: Arrive at the Elephant Jungle Sanctuary. Learn about the elephants & change into traditional Karen clothing.


Meet the elephants. Feed, interact, and play with the elephants in a natural environment as you learn about their behavior and history. Take photos with the elephants.
 

Mud Spa with the elephants
 

Walk with the elephants to a river and bathe them.
 

Eat a traditional meal and then say goodbye to the elephants.
 

11:00-11:30Hr: Leave from Elephant Jungle Sanctuary and drive approximately 1.5 hours to Chiang Mai.

12:00-12:30Hr Drop off at your hotel or accommodation.

Wat Phra That Doi Suthep – Local saying: You haven't really gone to Chiang Mai unless you've been to Doi Suthep. It is the most important temple in Chiang Mai. Built in early 14th century, the beauty of temple is marked by seven-headed serpent statues that line the stairs to the temple where a Chiang Saen style golden pagoda and all its exquisite Lanna architecture is situated.

Wat Suan Dok – Wat Suan Dok was once a flower garden. But after Buddha’s relics has arrived, it has been changed into a temple instead. And these are where the name ‘Wat Suan Dok’ came from.
Monk Chat – You may like to go for a Monk Chat sessions in Chiang Mai, which offers a unique opportunity to discuss a wide range of topics related to Buddhism, Thai culture, and daily life and engage in informal conversations with monks, ask questions about Buddhist philosophy, or explore topics like meditation, the monastic life, or even daily Thai customs

Day 3: Chiang Mai – Doi Inthanon (Meals)

Pick-up at 08:00Hr from Hotel Lobby

Doi Inthanon – Thailand’s highest mountain. This national park which covers an area of 1,005 square kilometers is located on doi inthanon, home to forests including rainforest, mixed forest, and pine forest. The weather is cool throughout the year. Things to do in Doi Inthanon Pay homage to Phramahathat Napamathanidol and Phramahathat Napaphol Bhumisiri (the Great Holy Relics Pagodas).

Trek – with the Local Guide & explore Wachirathan, Siriphum, Kew Mae Pan and Ang Ka nature trails. See Mae Klang Luang Rice Terraces Participate in bird watching Participate in sky observing at the Thai National Observatory, one of the most advanced optical astronomy facilities in ASEAN. Explore the Royal Agricultural Station Inthanon Doi Inthanon has a small local market for you to buy local goods, perhaps a souvenir or some local processed fruits.

Wachirathan Waterfall – A large waterfall with beautiful landscape - Located on the way up Doi Inthanon is an important stop, There is a beautiful viewpoint in front of the waterfall. the area is often having Cool weather dur to the winds caused by the force of waterfalls and water droplets.

Return to the hotel in Chiang Mai & overnight at the hotel.

Day 4: Chiang Mai – Chiang Rai Temple Tour (Overnight in Chiang Rai)

Pick-up at 06:30Hr from Hotel Lobby

Breakfast at the hotel and our Guide and Driver will pick you up for this day tour.
 

Chiang Rai: Chiang Rai is the northernmost province of Thailand filled with the atmosphere of a complex mountain range and valuable Lanna Culture, it is a province that is at the junction between Thailand, Myanmar and Laos, which makes it easier for the traveller to travel by land-border to the neighboring countries typically to Laos.

Wat Rong Khun – Commonly known as White Temple in English, One of the most beautiful temples built in this century. A masterpiece of artist Chaloemchai Khositphiphat, famous for his extravagant and unique Buddhism-related paintings, Wat Rong Khun reflects the artist's grand visions of heaven, hell and Nirvana.

Baan Daam – Also known as ‘Black House’ has over 25 buildings of local Northern architecture and many applied local architecture buildings displaying folk art all painted black. These are the creations of local artisans from the past to the present. Each house is decorated with beautiful patterns of carved wood. They exhibit a large crocodile skin, snake skin, and different kinds of animal horns.

Blue Temple – Also called as Wat Rong Suea Ten, The temple is unusually beautiful with its unique applied arts by using a shade of blue and architectural beauty from a stucco artist. In the Ubosot, in addition to having a beautiful, unique design, there are also murals depicting the story of the Buddha’s life. It also enshrines Phra Phuttha Ratchamongkhon Bodi Trailok Nak, which means “the auspicious majestic Buddha of three worlds”

Day 5: Chiang Rai – Golden Triangle (Meals)

Pick-up at 08:00Hr from Hotel Lobby

Breakfast at the hotel and our Guide and Driver will pick you up for this day tour.
 

Golden Triangle Park – The Golden Triangle, where three countries, Thailand, Laos, and Myanmar, meet at the Mekong River. The history of the Golden Triangle goes that this area was used between 3 Countries for various Trading purposes, also used for opium smuggling. We’ll take a;
Boat Ride – to visit the intersecting point of all these countries and also visit, we will have a chance to visit,

 

Lunch at a Local Thai Restaurant (Included/ at client’s expenses)

Opium Museum – This museum is displaying opium artifacts and combine the interesting stories of opium in the Golden Triangle region.

Longneck Karen Village – The Karen Long Neck Tribe, otherwise known as the 'Giraffe women' are famous for the long brass coils they wear around their necks. Traditionally they come from Kayah & Shan state of Myanmar. Due to ethnic and political conflict in Burma, many fled to Thailand and sought refugee status here.

Day 6: Chiang Rai – Departure Transfer (Meals)
